Katja Bossert joins CoachHub’s Advisory Board

CoachHub are thrilled to announce that Katja Bossert has joined CoachHub’s Advisory Board – a team composed of accomplished HR and digital transformation experts offering innovative advice and dynamic perspectives in the HR and digital space. We caught up with Katja to learn more about her background and why she decided to join the CoachHub team.

Katja, can you share with our readers a little about your background and who you are?

I am founder and managing director of Bossert Associates. I work as a senior executive coach and specialist in leadership development within Europe and around the world. I run bespoke, innovative programs that help alter human behavior. I am also the founder and dean of the BA Academy which is a large international coaching school for experienced and beginner coaches while currently serving as a member of the board of directors of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Germany.

What is you area of expertise?

I have extensive coaching experience across a number of areas however my foci are executive coaching, team coaching for boards and female leadership.

Why are you a firm believer in coaching? Particularly for your area of expertise/certain use case?

Coaching is about unlocking the potential within you. It enables the individual to take ownership of their work and personal lives in a way that suits them. I have seen first hand the effect coaching has had on my clients – reaching the full spectrum of their talents within a framework of a well balanced life. From the perspective of certain use cases, visible change in organisational leadership has manifested itself through developing talent, decision making in a bias free environment and building psychologically safe cultures.

Why have you joined CoachHub’s advisory board?

I am a great believer in the quality and accessibility of coaching, so there would be no better place than to sit on the board of CoachHub. I trust CoachHub’s business processes and their astute understanding of their clients’ needs which are well aligned with my own values in business.

What are you excited about for your partnership?

I firmly believe in ensuring coaching is an accessible service to all so this collaboration is a poignant one. As we become increasingly digitalised, our collaboration will provide accessibility, flexibility and affordability which are key to most people’s lives, especially post pandemic. This joint venture of making this a reality is something I really look forward to, especially as Bossert Associates is at an exciting point in its journey. I love the variety of players CoachHub interacts with and the vibrant, youthful dynamic is so refreshing!
