The CoachHub platform (the “Platform”) is a digital coaching platform available through mobile (iOS and Android) and web-app (https://dashboard.coachhub.com), and used by businesses to support employee personal and professional development. The Platform allows companies to offer their employees (“Users”) personalized professional coaching by experienced coaches. CoachHub employees also have access to the Platform in the course of their duties (“Coachhubbers”).
CoachHub is committed to transparent data protection practices in accordance with the following principles and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We care deeply about protecting your privacy rights and keeping your data secure.
When you (User or Coachhubber) use the Platform, your data is processed by CoachHub as a data controller. This privacy notice (“Privacy Notice”) is intended to inform you about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, your privacy rights, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.

3. Data processing by the App Stores
When you download the CoachHub application via an app store (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), information about that operation is sent to the app store you selected (the “App Store”). Any further data processing is controlled by and should be explained by the App Store, as applicable. We have no influence on the data collection by the App Stores and are not responsible for it. 4. Permissions
To be able to use all functions of the mobile version of the Platform, we need some system permissions. These permissions are requested once at the first start of the mobile app or during the first session when using the respective function.
Location data
We use the IP address of your device ID to determine the proximate location of your device. We use this information to identify the server geographically closest to the User for providing the best possible video and session quality.
Access to camera and microphone
To enable coaching sessions via video call, we need access to the camera and microphone of your end device.
Push notifications
Push notifications are sent to your mobile device to enable session and notification reminders. Push notifications are sent to your device through the operating system on your device (Apple or Google) and your data may be transferred to their servers in the U.S.
5. What personal data do we collect, how and why?

In any case, your data is not kept beyond what is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. When your data is no longer required, we will ensure that it is deleted or anonymized.
6.Processing personal data of minors
Our services are not designed for or intended for minors. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from minors. Persons under the age of 18 may not do business with CoachHub. If we discover that we have collected information about a minor, we will delete it. Please contact us using the contact information above if you believe you have provided us with information about a minor.

10. Rights of California Residents
Notice at collection
If you are a resident of the state of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”) we are required to provide additional disclosures relating to the processing of your Personal Information.
When you use the Platform, CoachHub may collect the following categories of Personal Information (as defined under the CCPA). The table below and the information immediately following the table are a summary of the categories of Personal information we have collected over the last 12 months, the purposes of the collection and how long we retain such information. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

We may collect, use and share information that does not identify you (including information that has been aggregated or de-identified) except as prohibited by applicable law. Your Rights as California Residents

You have the right, up to two times every 12 months, to ask us to disclose the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected it, our business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing Personal Information about you, the categories of Personal Information we sold or disclosed, the categories of third parties to whom we have shared Personal Information about you, and the specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you.
You have the right to send us a request to correct or delete Personal Information we have about you, subject to certain exceptions allowed under applicable law.
Under the CCPA, you may be able to request that we not sell, or share your Personal Information, for targeted behavioural advertising purposes. We do not currently share or use your Personal Information for Targeted Advertising purposes.
We do not collect, use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information of consumers for the purpose of inferring characteristics about consumers.
You have the right to not be discriminated against, when exercising your rights under the CCPA. For example, by receiving a different quality of services, if you exercise any of these rights.
You have the right to appoint an authorized agent to exercise these rights for you. Under the CCPA, an authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity that a person has authorized to act on their behalf subject to the requirements under the CCPA. If you would like to designate an authorized agent to submit a request to know, a request to delete, or a request to correct Personal Information on your behalf, please contact us as seen below under “How to submit a request”. When submitting the request, please ensure the authorized agent identifies himself/herself/themselves as an authorized agent. We will require written proof of the agent’s permission to do so and we will need to verify your identity directly. Once verified, your authorized agent may act on your behalf.
