CoachHub’s coaching approach is built around an evidence-based methodology. At the start of each coaching program, program managers select up to 12 focus areas from a library of 29 options. This creates a clear foundation and ensures development is anchored in the capabilities that matter most for the business, whether that means strengthening resilience, improving communication, elevating strategic thinking, or building leadership behaviors such as inclusion and collaboration.
Coachees then choose the focus areas most relevant to their goals, complete assessments and track their progress over time. This approach keeps development highly personalized while staying closely aligned with organizational priorities.
Because the coaching journey is structured around these focus areas, the impact becomes easy to see and measure. Organizations gain visibility into which capabilities are improving and where behavior change is taking place across cohorts.
This is exactly what our customers are seeing in practice. For example, at SumUp, 80% of coachees reported improved self awareness and confidence, 70% felt better equipped to overcome challenges and 50% developed new skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking and communication.
