Executives are guided to select a business coach from our subpool of global executive coaches. The coach is briefed with client-specific objectives and materials.

A dedicated Customer Success Manager provides personalized onboarding. Executives and their assistants have access to a Client Experience Manager for ongoing support.

Chemistry session
The first session is dedicated to establishing a working alliance between the business coach and executive to ensure the best match. At any point in the business coaching program, coachees can rematch with another coach.

Flexible access
Executives have unlimited access to their business coach via our digital platform with the option to schedule 45 or 90 minute sessions. Tripartite sessions involving an executive’s manager can also be booked.
