Our proven methodology

Sessions

A Co-development Hubs programme involves 4 to 6 peers taking part in up to 7 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. They are facilitated by a trained co-development coach.

Approach

Following the co-development methodology from A. Payette and C. Champagne, each participant uses one session to share a problem they face.

Outcomes

The coach guides participants to exchange insights and practice coaching behaviours to co-create solutions.

The first digital coaching session is dedicated to introducing the methodology, sharing best practices and establishing a positive working alliance between all participants.

The coach leads participants through the co-development framework, facilitating discussion and supporting coaching behaviours within the group.

Final evaluation

After the programme ends, each participant completes their own final evaluation survey which measures coachee satisfaction and impact.
