Growing Through Change: Sara's Journey at CoachHub

By Sara, Enterprise Account Executive – Middle East
When I joined CoachHub three years ago, I never imagined how much I would grow both personally and professionally.
I started as an SDR, then became a Team Lead, and today I’m an Enterprise Account Executive for the Middle East. In three years, I’ve been promoted four times. Each new step taught me something new about leadership, resilience, and myself.
Learning to Thrive in Change
CoachHub has changed a lot since I joined and so have I. At first, I found the pace of transformation challenging. Things evolved quickly, and I didn’t always know what to expect. But over time, I learned to embrace change instead of fearing it.
Coaching played a big part in that. One sentence my coach told me really stuck with me: “Capacity is a mindset.”
That simple truth helped me see that I was capable of more than I thought. When things feel uncertain, I remind myself that growth and discomfort often come hand in hand.
Finding My Place in a Global Team
Even though I’m based in Germany, my team is spread across Paris, London, and New York. Working remotely hasn’t made us distant — quite the opposite. We connect daily, celebrate milestones, and support each other through everything from big wins to life moments.
I love how diverse CoachHub is. We collaborate across cultures, languages, and perspectives; and there’s a special kind of intelligence that comes from that mix.
I’ve also had the privilege of working with incredible female leaders who inspired and supported me along the way. Having role models who truly see you makes a difference.
What Keeps Me Inspired
For me, it’s the mission. CoachHub’s purpose; to democratize coaching for everyone, everywhere; is what gives meaning to my work. I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful coaching can be. It helps you grow, see yourself differently, and unlock potential you didn’t even know was there.
In the Middle East, where coaching is still new, I see how much impact we can make. It feels rewarding to be part of something that not only transforms organizations but also empowers people.
Looking Ahead
When I joined CoachHub, I wasn’t sure how long I’d stay. I just wanted to learn and explore. But the opportunities kept coming and every time I took one, it opened the door to another.
Here, when you show curiosity, ownership, and drive, your efforts are noticed. You grow with the company, and the company grows with you.
If I could share one thing with anyone thinking of joining CoachHub, it’s this: expect change, but embrace it. You’ll find purpose, amazing people, and endless chances to grow.
Because at CoachHub, growth doesn’t just happen to you, you create it.
FAQ
Digital transformation is about redesigning how organizations operate, compete and create value in a rapidly evolving environment.
However, AI only delivers transformative impact when it is integrated into workflows, leadership practices and cultural norms. Without behavioral change and organizational redesign, AI remains a powerful tool with limited strategic impact.
When embedded effectively, AI strengthens innovation and increases agility, making it both a catalyst and a core capability within digital transformation.
Assessing AI readiness goes beyond evaluating technical infrastructure. It requires examining leadership alignment and organizational capability for change.
Businesses should consider:
- Do leaders share a clear and consistent vision for AI?
- Are workflows and roles being redesigned to integrate AI effectively?
- Do managers have the skills to guide their teams through uncertainty?
- Are employees confident in using AI responsibly and strategically?
- Is there a structured plan to support behavioral change over time?
AI readiness is as much about mindset and capability as it is about technology, since organizations that are prepared to invest in leadership development, change agility and performance measurement are significantly better positioned to translate AI ambition into sustained results.
The biggest challenges of AI adoption are rarely technical. They are behavioral and organizational. Common barriers include cultural resistance, fear of being replaced, lack of clarity around expectations and insufficient leadership alignment.
Many organizations underestimate the need for sustained reinforcement. A one time rollout or training program is rarely enough. Without ongoing support, accountability and reflection, initial enthusiasm fades and adoption plateaus.
