Our proven methodology

Sessions

A co-development hubs program brings together 4 to 6 peers for up to 7 structured sessions, each 90 minutes long, facilitated by a trained co-development coach.

Approach

Following the co-development methodology from A. Payette and C. Champagne, each participant uses one session to share a problem they face.

Outcomes

The coach guides participants to exchange insights and practice coaching behaviors to co-create solutions.

The first digital coaching session is dedicated to introducing the methodology, sharing best practices and establishing a positive working alliance between all participants.

The coach leads participants through the co-development framework, facilitating discussion and supporting coaching behaviors within the group.

Final evaluation

After the program ends, each participant completes their own final evaluation survey which measures coachee satisfaction and impact.
