CoachHub and ICF Germany Partner to Shape the Future of AI Coaching

The International Coaching Federation Germany has collaborated with CoachHub to develop AIMY™, the AI coach, ensuring top industry standards.

LONDON/BERLIN, 13 May 2025 – CoachHub, the leading global digital coaching platform, and ICF Germany Charter Chapter e.V. (ICF Germany), enter a strategic partnership to shape the direction of CoachHub’s AI Coach, AIMY™. ICF Germany is the German Chapter of the world’s largest organisation dedicated to advancing the coaching profession.

This collaboration, initiated in 2024, marks a significant step in ensuring AIMY™ aligns with the highest industry standards. As part of this partnership, ICF Germany has joined CoachHub’s AI Consulting Group (AICG), bringing their extensive coaching expertise to the development of ethical, science-based AI-driven coaching solutions.

Members of CoachHub’s AI Consulting Group also had access to early versions of AIMY™ for testing and feedback, helping to refine its capabilities and effectiveness.
