Our proven qualification process

All of our coaches are selected according to a comprehensive, five-stage selection process and are continually monitored in their coaching practice through session ratings and supervision.

  1. Qualification screening
    From a large number of applications, we rigorously select according to our high quality standards and carefully check that each candidate fully meets our criteria.

  2. Evaluation of competencies and certifications
    The next step is to take a closer look at training certificates, accreditation, credentials and references.

  3. Personal interview
    Experience, knowledge and attitudes are tested in a comprehensive live interview. Here we focus particularly on the inner attitude of the coach and their individual values.

  4. Live coaching
    In a live coaching session, the abilities and methodological knowledge of the coaches as well as their personal coaching styles are examined more closely and tested in real time.

  5. Continuous quality assurance
    Through the continuous evaluation of coaching sessions, trainings in accordance to our approach, and supervision by our experienced senior coaches, we can ensure quality on an ongoing basis.

She also worked across the world – in Australia, Canada, China, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Philippines, Peru. New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States.

Coaching and leadership development

Kaveh (MBA, MSc, MAPPCP) works with Executives in critical psychological processes such as thinking, motivation, learning, sensation, perception and emotion using Positive Behaviour Change.

His interest and passion are in engagement, wellbeing, performance and leadership. Kaveh’s methodology is strength-based and follows the five foundational knowledge traditions of coaching: Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, Linguistics, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.

Before working as an independent coach from 1997 to 2006, he was CEO of software house acquired from a management buyout from 3is and then a CEO of an environmental consultancy operating in the UK and the Middle East. He started his career as a management consultant. Kaveh has a degree in computer science with three master degrees in Human-computer interaction, Applied Positive psychology and coaching psychology and an executive MBA.

Kaveh is an active member of ICF and has obtained a professional Certified Coached credential from ICF.
