The challenge

With 179,000 employees in 67 countries, Saint-Gobain designs, produces and distributes materials and solutions that improve housing and daily life such as: buildings, transport, infrastructure and industrial applications. These materials are designed for comfort, performance and safety, while meeting the challenges of sustainable construction, effective resource management and climate change.

Saint-Gobain was evolving in a context of strong transformation that impacts all business units. As a result, a strategic alignment around the manager’s new role was essential. This initiative is supported in particular by the “Saint Gobain Attitudes.”

The underlying need was to strengthen and transform managers to harmonize their practices and increase their performance. To support each manager in the most appropriate way, Saint-Gobain was looking for an innovative solution that offered a high level of personalization and could be rolled-out internationally.

The result

Saint-Gobain and CoachHub started their collaboration with a program dedicated to developing the leadership of high potential women throughout the organization. This initiative was a great success and gave rise to a more ambitious opportunity: the integration of CoachHub’s solution into the Group’s School of Management.

Today, CoachHub supports Saint-Gobain on a multitude of projects (360° debriefing, individual coaching, etc.) with several hundred participants every year, all over the world.
